Your first 10 trades are free, so you can try TradeAware before paying anything.
Subscription
Paid access is £9.99 per month, billed monthly and renewing automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support@tradeaware.co.uk. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
14-day cooling-off
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because TradeAware is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe, by starting your paid subscription you ask us to begin straight away and acknowledge that, once the service has been provided, the 14-day right may no longer apply in full. Where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method within 14 days.
