Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TradeAware. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. TradeAware is operated as a sole trader in the UK; contact support@tradeaware.co.uk.

The service

TradeAware is a trading journal and discipline tool that helps you plan, check and record your own trades. It is not financial advice, it is not a broker, and it does not provide trading signals or recommendations (see our Risk Disclaimer).

Your account

You must be 18 or over, give accurate information, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trial and subscription

Your first 10 trades are free. After that, continued use of paid features costs £9.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid month. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, use it unlawfully, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or disrupt other users.

Intellectual property

We own TradeAware and its content; you keep ownership of the trade and journal data you enter.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any trading losses or decisions you make. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
